Matthias found it to be particularly easy to follow the young Demetriou around when he was by himself, which was happening more and more as of late. He trailed behind the male at a very good distance, far enough so that anyone watching the two of them would assume that they were merely heading in the same direction.
No one would bother to warn the male that the demon of Hufflepuff was following after him and that was the way that Matthias liked it. He hated it when people interfered with his plans, hated it when people got in his way and ruined his fun. His teeth grit together and his eyes almost seemed to glow red in anger for a second before reverting to their not-so-natural blue as he thought about the last time that someone had gotten in his way.
He had wanted to end the life of his ex boyfriend, Xayden Andrews. He had been so close to doing so when the damn boy interfered. Arsenic Lockeheart. Just the name was enough to send his blood boiling. He had come out of nowhere, and had claimed Xayden as his own in body, mind, and soul. Matthias could even smell Arsenic on Xayden, even when the other man wasn't around him and the realization of what must have transpired sent his mind whirling, and his blood boiling yet again.
He would kill one of them, he would do so in the most painful way preferably in front of their lover. He would make them suffer. His eyes landed on the boy that he was following and a sweet, twisted smile made its way on his face. First there was Demetriou to deal with.
Artemis Demetriou was one of the sweetest, gentlest beings that resided at Hogwarts. He was kind, and had one of the purest hearts that Matthias had ever come across, and it was making him sick. Why would people value such fragility, such weakness inside of a man? It was absolutely ridiculous. Purity was meant to be destroyed, meant to be crushed. To find that there were beings that were as pure as the Demetriou twins, absolutely disgusted him.
So he would destroy them. Kill them off one by one starting with the one that he deemed easier to get rid of. He waited until they were isolated in a place far away from the other students. Yes they could still see them, still witness what was going on but they were far away that if anyone tried to help the young boy, he could easily strike them down. With that, the young Fin smirked and drew his wand raising it at the boy's back.
"Incendio."
Yes, maybe a nice firey, and painful death would suit the young Demetriou the best.
