Welcome to Care of Magical Creatures, I am Professor Osiris Silver. You can call me Professor Osiris, Professor Silver, or Professor… not Osiris, not Silver.. as long as it has Professor in front of the name than it is fine. Now onto information about the class, I know Care of Magical Creatures is only required for your second or third years so anyone who takes it longer should have an interest in it. If you are taking my class just to get an easy grade than let me tell you, you are in the wrong place. Care of Magical Creatures for older students will actually be difficult; I will make sure to keep you all busy with the class. I assure you that you will not pass this class if you are here to laze around for the block.
Now, this year the classes will be separated into two groups by year as I do not wish to have younger students with a more dangerous creature. The classes will be split up from second to fourth years, and fifth years to seventh just so that we have an easier way of keeping the more dangerous creatures at bay There will be two seperate sections within the class seperating the years.
