These are basically just ideas of plots - you can add in any more that you can think of, however your character would interact with mine. I know it isn't very pretty, but... I'm too lazy to make epic ones for everyone right now.
Klaus Audley
-Obviously the ultimate in prime for him would be a comic book geek or some other type of nerdy person.
-BUT that isn't a requirement. As long as you have no problem having your character featured in some way in his writing, he finds everyone interesting.
-An anti-bully, who will not necessarily emasculate him but will verbally defend him, or at least tell him that he was right.
-Gobstones and Wizard Chess club friends.
Enemies:
-People who dislike the comic book crowd mentioned above
-Bullies
-Any pure-blood supremacists that are still out there
-Someone that he has embarrassed probably by accident in the past.
Lovers:
-...This is doubtful. Still, Klaus is a very awkward flirt. If you have a pretty girl, chances are if he's spoken to her it was a really corny line or some movie reference that she didn't get.
-People crushing on him? I guess it could happen, though he would never believe it.
Other:
-Since Klaus is unlikely to have family, just casual acquaintances from his house and/or year would be nice.[/ul]
Anael Zabini
-Quidditch players and fans
-People she's met through 'pure-blood' holiday parties
-People that she can protect & defend (the big sister type, she is)
-People that she can use for her reputation
-People to generally cause trouble with. For any of these, house and age don't really matter.
Enemies:
-Anyone that has messed with her friends
-People who think she is stuck up (this, I imagine, is inevitable)
-Sarcastic loners
Lovers:
-Anael will flirt with anyone and everyone that lets her get away with it.
-Try to get more serious than that without trying to impress her, and you're in trouble.
-However... there might be that one person who is right. Most likely a friend who has been somewhat off the serious radar.
-And maybe someone she can bring to a family party to upset her father.
Other:
-Family friends are pretty much going to happen, as well as relatives. Don't expect her to admit you're related, though, if you are a complete weirdo.[/ul]

-Common room or library study buddies (at least acquaintances)
-People that he has known since childhood
-Quidditch Team (not so much the other teams, but Ravenclaw)
-Someone who is his opposite (outgoing and outwardly cheerful) to balance him out
-Common interest friend. Potions or fairytales, etc.
Enemies:
-People who mess with his sister, or that his sister messes with but doesn't like. He is biased.
-Similarly, people who offend his parents.
-An academic or quidditch rival
Lovers:
-He isn't interested in love right now. Doesn't mean it won't happen.
-Crushes on him are welcome! He won't realize it, in all likelihood.
-Him crushing on people is also cool! Don't know just yet how he would act.
Other:
-Perhaps a childhood friend or love, whether he remembers or not.
-Someone he is forced to tutor in Potions [/ul]
Blaise Zabini
-Fellow Ministry workers
-Pure-blood family friends
-A friend of a friend (since everyone is connected, I'm sure some of these will come up)
Enemies:
-Mostly people from school. He tends to hold grudges.
-Or someone that he had to go after as a target.
-Death Eaters.
Lovers:
-He's married, so this... yeah. I don't see him cheating. You can like him, I guess, though that would be awkward for all involved.
Other:
-Date his daughter or his son and you're in for a lot of scrutiny.
-Anything else you can think of! I'm all for it.[/ul]
Shalie Malfoy (née Matsuoka)
-A girl friend that she can talk girl things about. (I honestly think she's had ONE since I have played her)
-Guy friends are okay too, since she gets along better with men.
-Other parents in general
Enemies:
-People who insult her family
-Death Eaters as well (ironic, isn't it?)
Lovers:
-She's also married. And completely innocent that way. People flirting at her would be funny only because of her reactions, but... Is anyone that brave?
Other:
-She would probably know a lot of Draco's friends and family, though how they accept her is up to them. =]
-She also owns an apothecary. She would likely know people who go to Hogsmeade often.

Adrastus Mulciber
-Former Death Eaters, particularly those of a nasty variety.
-Current allies, including people who can provide him with potions, weapons, etc. Or the ingredients for anything.
Enemies:
-People whose parents he might have killed in the past, or on the flip-side, parents whose children he has killed.
-The usual crowd that the pureblood elitists would despise.
-Maybe a personal enemy that he might be matched on in evilness, or the Arthur to his Mordred. Whichever. (and yes I’m aware that reference doesn’t make complete sense
)
Lovers:
-An ex-girlfriend, maybe, who has a child. Simply because that is his worst fear. If anyone’s interested the child could be as young as they want or older than Harry Potter’s generation. Seriously.
-Anyone at all that would have a fling with him because he is a very selfish person. Just don’t expect him to fall in love that easily, because he isn’t the loving type.
-He might especially like a young and innocent person that he can manipulate.
Other:
-An ‘apprentice’, someone that he can teach the dark arts to.[/ul]
Kaste
-He is not picky about friends, but one must be willing to brave near the forest to encounter him.
-Someone could lose their pet and follow it into the forest to find he has cared for it, and befriend him that way.
Enemies:
-People who dislike centaurs, for one, and those who endanger others. Someone leading others into the forest on a dare, for instance, would not be well-liked by Kaste. Not necessarily enemies, but…
-A personal enemy, maybe another centaur since Kaste is fond of the humans.
Lovers:
-Probably won’t happen unless there is a female centaur. xD
Other:
-Someone that would teach him a bit more about the human world. He would teach them about the forest in return.
-Someone could play his sister if they wanted to, though I don’t expect that or anything. [/ul]
Vicente Alencar
-Someone that he can play sports with.
-People in or outside of his house that are pretty relaxed, and not over-the-top about anything.
-Purebloods that he might have mingled with outside of school. He would hang out with friends that aren’t pureblood, but there are still pureblood parties. You know how they are.
Enemies:
- A lot of people think that he is vain and only thinks of himself. This isn’t really true, and people saying that is one thing that will make him angry quicker than one can extinguish a fire.
-People who cause trouble in class. He wouldn’t want to admit it but he would stick up for the little guy. And he HATES smokers.
-Anyone that messes with his guardians… No matter how unlikely that is!
- Also, his friends and lovers that betray him.

-Since Vicente treats dating as a sport (not one that he does all the time, but something to be done in leisure and enjoy it fully) he likely has a lot of exes of either gender.
-He wants to fall in love sincerely, though he would feel foolish if he ever said as much. A slow-building relationship with trust and comfort.
Others:
-Someone that he accidentally hurt in the past with his ‘accidental manipulation’.
-Since he’s from Brazil he won’t have many childhood friends but I think it would be interesting to have someone who was a friend when he came to Hogwarts that he is enemies with now. I don’t know why, it just intrigues me.[/ul]

) I don't know what he'll do if she defends him except... She might have a nicer, brave role in his stories for that one. <3 And who knows, maybe he'll just be adorably confused and overcome with gratitude. -sobs-
Would be fun, he would secretly root for her in games... While supporting his house of course! Okay! So, they shall be some type of friends? How far? Decent friends? Family friends? Confidants? 
I am one of the new members, but I have roleplayed for nearly 14 years. I will hammer out a more detailed plotty page.
