Alright, ladies and gents. I apologize for all the adjustments that have been made, but we have been trying to get this ball rolling, and one of the things we intentionally wanted to emphasis on with this particular application was simplicity. Now, I've realized we've landed far from our mark, because, in the grand scheme of things, money is never a simple matter, but to make this work, we need money to be just that. Simple.
With that being the predominant factor for this to work, these are the things one must think of when putting together their FAMILY INCOME (as this is what this is, not student income, not allowances, but a family income).
[/li][li]WE NEED THE GRAND TOTAL OF THE FAMILY SAVINGS. This is a very important part of the application, because THIS TOTAL OF MONEY is the money you work with. Its the money you use to interact with the financial aspect of the HP world. Its the money you use to give your kids cash, if you want. Its the money that totals your family's net worth. Leave it blank, and you are worthless.
[/li][li]WE NEED BELIEVABLE PROOF OF INCOME. The best way to go about this is matching the wizarding job salary with a muggle job salary that is close to (if not) the same. This also means stating how many years have been worked at said job and how much money has been gain through the years and different pay raises. If we don't have proof, your grand total is void. If the proof looks like fallacy, your grand total will be void. You can not have one or the other, you must have your grand total and your proof presented in your application.
[/li][li]MAKE SURE TO SUBTRACT LARGE EXPENSES FROM YOUR TOTAL. This means, to get your GRAND TOTAL (your family vault total), you must subtract the larger expenses from it. This does NOT include allowances.
We don't need the cost of food, clothing, cigarettes, Post-Its, etc that have been bought over the years. We just want simplicity.
[/li][li]We NEED IT TO BE IN THE CORRECT FORMAT. This insures that we get all the information that we need for the records.
[/li][li]WE NEED YOUR PATIENCE AND UNDERSTANDING. This is a difficult process that can get very confusing very easily. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. If you have any suggestions, we welcome them (for this money system in itself was suggestion by a member of this forum). We want this to transition smoothly from the paper work into action.
[/li][/ul]
If you follow these things, there shouldn't be any problems on any end of the spectrum. We'd very much like to go move on and get things underway. The application was basically meant to determine the total of the applied family as a whole, stating what money they have in their possession and where the money comes from.
That would end the application process.
From there, you are to move on to the bank where a family vault will be established with the said grand total you have applied for and the head of house holds will then distribute the money as they please, for they are in charge of the funds (or whoever has been deemed in charge of the funds, that is).
We are now nearing the end of the application process. Those who have had their funds approved will have a family vault established in Gringotts in their name. Please move on to there.

- Cost of any private property (private islands, farms, orchards, ect).
- Expensive vacations.
