PERSONALITY
For a girl with a Hufflepuff mother, she lacks the social need that they have, and a Ravenclaw father. Ava always has strived to be on the top of everything. She has a brain for arithmetic; numbers come to her like a second nature while she struggles with essays and writing. Her sister always had a knack for beating her, causing a darker sense of getting her way. That darker way is cheating and lying. Lying… well let’s just say it had been a problem in her past and she is getting out of lying at random moments. Never getting caught in her lies because she could think of something to cover it up as soon as her plan faltered…even in the slightest.
Abnormally quiet this girl is when she is in a class without her friends or a class where there is an issue with her and the teacher. Mostly the issues deal with them nagging on her doing something her own way and silently and without the help of others…and if they were in her space. Ava when with her friends is very mouthy when it comes too insulting someone or just being the sarcastic thing she is. She likes to do things herself, her own way. Once she's started doing something, she doesn't stop until it's done...or she's forced to. She had a great sense of humor, and she can take jokes too! Oddly enough she knows when even the quietest unhappiest person is joking.
Ava is an enemy you don’t want to run into or get. Though sometimes it looks like it’s almost impossible for her to hate someone, once you say something that ticks her off in the slightest way, the person better run for their life. While most people cuss to get their point a crossed, Ava knows witty and hurtful comments that could affect anyone. The sharpest tongue could and has made a boy cry when he insulted her best friend. An issue she has is when to stand up for herself…and not just her friends.
With her friends though it could be an abundance or very few. She always wants to take care of everyone; she's definitely a momma hen (To her friends). She likes to stay quiet about her own problems, and help others with theirs, which isn't the best thing to do...but she still does it anyways. Once you get past her quiet exterior, you get to see the loud person she is. Ava is independent and doesn’t like asking for help…it’s a sign of weakness in her mind so she doesn’t do it.
When it comes to people and their personalities, she finds herself to be the easy going type. Though she loves to hang around people with massive egos… for the reason to be is that she pokes and prods at their weaknesses to watch in amusement when they go into automatic defensive mode.
Ava has a very low opinion of herself. If anyone liked her and told her that, her first thing would be asking why? She doesn’t expect anyone to be there for her, but she hopes and wishes that people know that she will be there for them if needed. Independent…yes sadly so. Stubborn… just don’t even mess with her if you can’t handle stubborn people. Ava will dig her heels in just for the hell of it and fight until she gets what she wants. Manipulating people to get what she wants…it’s like a pass time. If someone insults her Ava finds herself saying something twice as rude back or put on an unfazed look while on the inside it hits her hard.- - - - -

HISTORY
As a kid, Ava was just born into a normal pureblooded family who loved her very much. It was two years of her being spoiled by her parents to no end with love and stuff. Her family couldn't of been better until they dropped her off at her grandmothers saying that a "surprise gift will be coming around in a week or so." No matter how much Ava could think and think over everything that they could possibly give her, she didn't have the slightest idea what it was. Staying with her grandma wasn't the best experience in her life and ever since that week alone with her nit picky grandma, she felt the emotion called hate. All she would do was yell and nag at Ava for not doing something right, saying something right, and even have the right posture. Every night, Gwen her grandmother, would tell and give her a list of what to pick up. Being the trouble maker she was, she broke the things her grandmother told her to pick up.
By the time her parents came to pick her up, Ava was so excited to see her parents that she didn't notice the baby inside their arms. Robin quickly gave her a hug and showed her the big gray eye'd baby with a tuft of curly dark brown hair on the top of her head. Seeing that she was alone through out her childhood, Ava took a quick liking towards the baby girl named Blithe. Pointing out everything and grabbing the delicate baby's hand and saying the words she knew and hoping she would learn to talk the next day. Sadly...it didn't happen like that. It grew old as Blithe was the quiet baby who sat and observed everything only crying loud whenever Ava hit her with her toys in frustration.
Ava grew up getting her letter to Hogwarts three years after her second sister was born. Sophia. Not only did Sophia never shut up and cried a whole lot more than every other one. Ava found herself shouting and losing her anger quickly. Robin had her hand full with the youngest, her and Ava started to grow into a fight few years just losing each others tempers and screaming and shouting. Her mother seemed to love Blithe and Sophia twice as much as she did Ava.
Bitter and quiet, she found herself envying her sister Blithe. She had everything she never had. She was thin and athletic, while Ava couldn't do something without Blithe trying to beat her in it. When school started her love for her sister came back by her third year after giving a year of the silent treatment. Her mother and her still have their moments with their anger, but they don't show it as much.
She knew her family history. Her mother was in Hufflepuff and her father was a Ravenclaw. Not only did she see her sister going into Gryffindor, Sophia had that overly positive out look on life and has the social ability of anyone she knew in Hufflepuff.
It was her year where one of Blithe friends came up to approach Ava and they quickly became attached to the hip. Allyson was in Ravenclaw and was tolerable enough that they became close. Noticing how much more Blithe showed her body towards boys at only second year, the closeness they had was dwindling and Blithe didn't even know. The fact that her sister was become a very *friendly* person made Ava shut her out on most of the relationship part of her life.- - - - -

RP SAMPLE. Casper… something about him made him seem that he was one of the nicest guys she will probably ever meet. But then again…looks can be misleading and friends could kill the personality alone. Drawn to his blue eyes that shown in the dark light they were casted in the room. Forcing back a smirk at the thought of their eyes matched their houses. Blue and Bronze. Evelyn placed her hand in her lap when they were done shaking each others hands. Part of her wondered what would happen on this night but she shoved the thought back when she heard his voice.
Widing her eyes in surprise when he said he didn’t sleep much in general, Evelyn gave a quick look sympathy. It sucked not being able to sleep when everyone else did. ”That really sucks! I have insomnia also… if you do have it so to say. I haven’t seen you around at this time of night, unless you come down on different nights than I do.” Listening in to what he asked her after, a blush rose to her cheeks by answering earlier. Damn her rambling to explain some things! Stretching only a little to let out the previous groggy feeling in her body, Evelyn’s felt more able to join in a conversation. ”I’m not tired after my nap, Mother.” Sarcasm laced in her words while giving him a fake look of annoyance.
Nodding at the obvious fact he placed out in the air, Evelyn couldn’t help but roll her eyes. ”I am not a fan of History, honestly. There are some parts like the murders and the scandals that interest me but other than that no. I enjoy arithmetic the most; it makes sense to me unlike some people.” Letting her voice echo out of the room before trying to start a conversation with him, see what they could debate about or talk about. Evelyn preferred the latter but either one was good. ”What’s your favorite class?” Mr. Binns was too old and hadn’t had a clue what was happening now and days. So his connection with the kids was rather low… Another thing that chilled her to the bone was that he had touched her and went through her on many occasions. She needed her space…from anyone.
Giving a smile at his own smile, Evelyn nodded her head as in saying I thought so. He always looked older and had the fifth year girls fawning over him secretly or obviously. To Evelyn she really didn’t care as long as they weren’t making out or basically getting it on in her face. The people these days, thinking it was okay to swallow each others faces in front of everyone else. Slightly shivering at the thought, Evelyn moved her thoughts back to the conversation.
